ATLE? Whose Fault?
(Absent - Tardy - Leave Early)

When you think about it . . .
. . . excessive absenteeism is the fault of Leadership.

What???????

Yes, if leadership would make the reason for being at work important enough, employees would be absent only for a very important reason. And when the reason for being absent is no longer very important, the employee will be back at work.

And if leadership would make the reason for being at work very important, employees would be absent only for a very, very important reason.

And if leadership would make the reason for being at work very, very important, employees would be absent only for a very, very, very important reason.

And, you know what, if the reason were that important, you'd be absent too.

How important does your leadership make the reason for being at work?
