     The process of developing and enforcing policies that respect the rights and privileges of all employees and the organization and the necessity of the entire business operation to achieve its fair and responsible objectives.
     Is there a policy in place stating the organization's philosophy regarding employee conduct and behavior expectations?
     Is there one position accountable for overseeing and coordinating all employee conduct activities?
     Are employees afforded a process where both sides of a complaint are heard and a decision is rendered fairly?
     Is there a program that provides for management and employee participation in the discipline process?
     Are all policies and practices regarding employee conduct governed by logic, consistency, and justification?
     Are legal requirements considered in the employee conduct process?
     Are managers provided training in the fair, consistent administration of the employee conduct process?
